VirtualSafety offers corporate cloud infrastructure audit services, high-performance VPN configuration, and continuous data traffic monitoring. All activities are executed according to global IT system protection standards, without guaranteeing the complete elimination of security risks.
The client undertakes to provide full and legal access to the audited infrastructure, to comply with the technical recommendations issued by VirtualSafety, and not to use the services for illegal activities. Any unauthorized modification of the implemented configurations may lead to loss of protection.
VirtualSafety is not liable for data loss, business interruptions, or indirect damages caused by security incidents occurring after the audit's completion or in case of non-compliance with recommendations. Total liability is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
All data collected during the audit and monitoring is treated confidentially, according to the privacy policy available on the website. VirtualSafety does not share client information with third parties, except as required by law.
These terms may be modified by VirtualSafety with 30 days prior notice. The client may unilaterally terminate the contract at any time, provided that services already rendered are paid for. In case of serious non-compliance, VirtualSafety may suspend access immediately.
